I cannot recommend Dr. Bernard Gross highly enough for pediatric dental care. His expertise is evident in every interaction, and he has a remarkable ability to communicate with children, making each visit a positive experience. His patience knows no bounds, and he takes the time to ensure both my kids and we as parents feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Gross is the epitome of what a children's dentist should be—knowledgeable, patient, and truly perfect in every way.
Dr. Gross is not just patient and kind, but funny AND a great dentist too. My daughter has been going to him since 2015. He is thorough and gives so much time to us by answering all our questions. My daughter knocked her 2 from teeth out on a weekend trip and he suggested for us to come in on a Sunday to assist. (We did not) we were able to wait till the Monday. Just nice to know he was there for us. The STAFF….i can’t say enough. Always friendly and sweet to our family. It feels like they really know us and remember all the little details of our lives we share with them. Thank you all for ur care throughout the years. My daughter and I are so grateful for her awesome dental and gentle dentistry.
Such an amazing experience with Dr. Kleinman’s office, I cannot thank and recommend him enough! My 2yo had so much fun on his first visit with both doctor and the assistant. They were very thorough and pleasant. They explained everything from start to finish. The office was very clean and had plenty of toys to keep my toddler entertained. The front desk staff were efficient. They were on time, got us in and out without a problem. Doctor even gave my son a prize at the end of the visit! My son didn’t want to leave which was very surprising since that did not happen at the last dental office we went to the first time around. Thanks for making it a memorable appointment.
Dr Gross is one of the most caring doctors I've ever encountered. We've been seeing him for almost two years. The office is a kids dream: fish tank, train table, toys and cartoons to watch while they are having their teeth cleaned. But the most important part is Dr Gross himself. On two occasions he's gone above and beyond. The first instance, I had a question about my daughter and her Lovies, as she was sucking on them, and I was afraid it was going to affect her bite. Dr. Gross wasn't in the office, so I emailed them and within an hours he gave me a phone call and put my worries at ease. Today I brought my three year old in for a toothache and Dr Gross again put us at ease. He's thorough, kind and patient. At the end of each visit, the kids get to pick a toy. My daughter was with us today and even though she didn't have an appointment, they let her pick a toy as well. He's worth driving a good distance for! Highly recommend!
We loved our visit to Dr. Kleinman’s office! He and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful and were so patient and engaging with my toddler. She had a really fun experience and was asking to go back again on the car ride home. This is the place to go if you want to make sure your child never develops a fear of the dentist!
