I had a great experience with the treatment coordinator Rosie. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and informed about the treatment options available she took explained everything about my treatment plan, including costs and scheduling. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me understand my treatment plan clearly. I truly appreciate her presence at the dentist office.
Don’t go here. This place has car dealership vibes. They add medications you don’t need to your bill. They offer 0% apr payment plan just to get you to say yes. Thank god I wasn’t in pain. Tooth pain can be the worst and they know that
Worst place ever. Please take your family and kids somewhere else. We had the worst experience there. I had to complain to thier corporate office. I'm filling a lawsuit as well. They discriminated against my son and refused to see him when I requested a transferr to a different location. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Someone should close this place immediately!!! The doctor ended up hurting the gums and teeth in previous visits, I ended up with awful pain for days!!! And yesterday they had me waiting inside the orthodontist room for one and half for nothing everybody went to lunch or home I was the only one in there I looked for someone and I left after nobody was available. On previous occasions the receptionist said couldn't help me because I did my appointment through customer service and that they did not have me booked at their office, BEWARE: They tell everybody that you have a gun disease (even if you don't) and that you need to get their gum treatment, just so they can get money out of your insurance or your own pocket Overall: If you visit this office; Get ready to experience lots of pain The receptionists are rude and couldn't care less about their customers Doctor's have no sense of humanity in them, By far this is a total ORTHODONTIST NIGHTMARE, just awful! (I'm changing health insurance providers)
worst dentist practice ever. If I could give no stars I would. all the staff is VERY rude ESPECIALLY the front desk. I’ve waiting up to 4 hours before just to not be seen and have my appointment rescheduled. Dentist there will see you’re in complete and utter pain and will judge for you for crying while they poke at your nerve. Doctor made me pay for bone grafts I DID NOT need. I gave my deposit and card information so I could make my payments automatically but WAS NEVER CHARGED. They assured me that account would be charged automatically. They never sent a website to pay through. Now I have bill in collections that affects my credit. F this practice and its ENTIRE STAFF. This practice is very much for profit and needs to be shut down. Shame on all of you for being so condescending and rude. Find another job if you hate the one you’re at. I can’t believe you treat people this way. There are plenty of OTHER dentist offices with a similar flow in patients and know how to be professional and respectful.
