Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
This was my first time getting dental work at this place and I was not impressed. I’ve had many deep cleanings before but this was the first time only half of my mouth was treated and they didn’t provide a mouth guard to keep my mouth open. The hygienist used their fingers instead. The cleaning was done in under 15 minutes and they didn’t polish my teeth. If you want quality dental care, I recommend going somewhere else.
I recently visited Western Dental for a toothache, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. Cesar offered affordable payment plans, which made a huge difference for me. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Plus, they offer a wide range of services, so whether you need a routine cleaning or something more complex, they’ve got you covered. If you're looking for high-quality dental care with a team that really cares about your well-being, I highly recommend visiting Western Dental and asking for Cesar!
I had an 8am appointment for a cleaning after having to reschedule it twice because they had me waiting for OVER 3 HOURS the last 2 times I had an appointment. At 11am they said I could reschedule again today and I said, "I just want to get my teeth cleaned and never come back here again." If you can afford to go anywhere else DO. I don't know why they are so disorganized, but after 3+ hours, they spent 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. Very frustrating. The staff today had good attitudes, but it's too bad the whole situation is a disaster.
The Process of starting as a new patient was very easy and smooth transition. Everyone there is professional and gets things handled in a timely fashion. If you’re looking for good dental care I recommend checking them out and seeing if it is a good fit for you as it is for me!
I went in for wisdom teeth removal (something I dreaded since I was small) and strangely enough that was the best part of Western Dental. I was put to sleep so fast (within seeing the doctor for ten seconds) and woke up at home. However, everything else was a pain. I already had two x-rays so I asked if three x-rays in a month was overdoing it and the nurse was a bit rude (maybe just really tired) then they needed to talk to me about billing. And for some reason, they don’t have my quote??? I showed them a picture of it to which they held my phone for 20 min and even after taking a picture of my quote, they acted like they don’t have it. Just a bit dumb in my opinion. My 1.8k quote was almost 3k luckily they fixed it. Kind of sus they didn’t know what treatment I was getting when billing me. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about western dental. It seems most people have a good time with the dental work, but not the hours of waiting in the waiting room or front desk / non dental workers not knowing what’s happening. It’s a shame for a dental place to have negative reviews because of things not dental related.
