First off, their calling center is outsourced so they are not helpful and Do not care. Then you call the actual office and they “cannot” help because they “cannot” access the file. Do Not Go To Western Dental. There’s a lot of back and forth. AND, the day of an appointment tge office was closed!! Never got notification. Again, poor service.
Look at the reviews before coming in , I had braces for almost 6 years & my gap is coming back & im gonna pay 4,000 dollars to have braces for 1 year & wear the retainers another year , get the most out of your appointment & to get them removed is 1,800 waist of money ! Wait time is 1-2 hours .
I hate dentists who don't value their clients time! I'm in the appointment business. You don't make any appointment for 12 and not open till 12 whatever. I'm not going to wait. I should be in there getting things done. I have to be at work too, fools.

Western Dental as a company for my skin tone is not a good fit. Treatment-0 out of 10 Professionalism -0 out of 10 Sexual harassment 10 out of 10 Hours of waiting 10 out of 10 Get what you pay for 1 out of 10 I do not recommend this company. I've gotten long-overdue dental work in a relatively brief span of time. Everyone who works there has been pleasant. Questions have been clearly addressed expeditiously. The only downside? Wait times. That's to be expected anywhere though.
