Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Waited two hours for my appointment before I had to leave. Zero respect for the client's time. Looking at the other reviews here, this seems to be an ongoing trend from years ago. My fault for not listening to the other reviews. I advise anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs.
I called to make an appoint a month ago for cleaning my teeth, but I got there, I was told there's no appointment for me, my appointment may either not forwarded to this clinic or I didn't called the correct number. I don't understand how Western Dental is so not responsible. I showed the phone number I called, but they just asked me if I want to make another appointment or not and didn't answer my question. I was told I have to make an appointment for exam and another one for cleaning. I told them, I make appointments for general cleaning and exam at the same day before, but they just asked me if I want to make one or not. I asked they to talk a manager, the new lady worked there said she was. I asked her name, she said Ashley. I've gone to Western Dental several years, the doctors there are very nice, but the front employees' attitudes and the services were very very poor! My experience told me, Western dental and their employees never care about patient's' time, they don't care how long you waiting there, how many times you need to come for one appointment.
Everyone is amazing in this office but Helen is the best of the best! She lights up my day every time and go there! Thank you team and Helen!
This place has some of the laziest workers I had a 9:00 appointment and also 10 other people have a 9:00 appointment it has been 45 minutes and these women are tackling and talking about what they're doing for Thanksgiving and brothers-in-law's and sisters doing business hours somebody need to send a undercover Boss so they can see how lazy they employees are
Horrible from day one. I chose this place because I needed a weekend appointment and it's close to home. I showed up for the first time and was told they didn't have my insurance and tried to call me but a lady answered (I had my phone and a missed call from them, but no voicemail). Since it was the weekend, they told me they couldn't call to verify insurance and gave me a new appointment. My next appointment, they told me the exact same thing, so I asked her to recheck the system because I had given them my insurance in person and it had been several weeks, long enough for them to call my insurance. As I waited to be called, I could hear the front desk staff giving random excuses to reschedule other patients' appointments which seems to be the norm here. Once I got back to the X-ray room, the tech kept touching everything including the dirty computer keyboard with the same gloves she was sticking in my mouth to reposition the x-ray positioners. After being placed in an actual room, it was full of rusty equipment and seemed to not have been cleaned in months. Staff can also be very rude. Fast forward, I had some treatment done 9 days ago and I've been in horrible pain radiating up my head since the day after treatment. I called the office and I explained I've been taking Tylenol every day since, and the bottle says not to take it more than 10 days unless a doctor approves, and the lady told me the dentist just recommended to floss my teeth with fluoride floss. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place. Also, see the pictures here on Google for yourself showing the mold and rusty equipment.
