Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Horrible Experience!!!.....First time at western dental. My youngest son had an appt for 8:15am. We were the first ones there. The receptionist had not arrived yet. It took her 20min to give me my forms. A family arrived at 8:30. And hour passes by I'm frustrated knowing I still had to go home and get ready for work, but I'm trying to be understanding. The man gets called in before my son after saying he had a flight to catch. I looked at them in 😲 like wow We were here first. I let it slide. The X-ray tech comes back out and goes ahead and called his son next instead of my son who's appt was at 8:15am. It was 9:30-9:45 by this time. I got frustrated and gave them my two sense. ( That it is not fair and ok to call a family that arrived and who's appt was 15min after my son's simply because he said he had a flight to catch. I chose the earliest appt because I needed to go home and get ready for work. They need to follow the sign in sheet, the appt schedule. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and does not know how to respond under pressure when it was he mistake. She Tried to gaslight me by saying he turned in his forms first. He was still signing those forms when I turned mine in. I literally left there at 11ish. Very unprofessional, that receptionist needs to go! Puro chisme.. speaks back to the customer knowing she is in the wrong.. and they tried to gaslight me about who arrived first and turned in the forms. When we were the only ones in there upon opening And turning in my forms. The family was not my issue. but the amount of time they take and their attitude. Lady Dentist and older gentleman were nice.
Waited two hours for my appointment before I had to leave. Zero respect for the client's time. Looking at the other reviews here, this seems to be an ongoing trend from years ago. My fault for not listening to the other reviews. I advise anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs.
I called to make an appoint a month ago for cleaning my teeth, but I got there, I was told there's no appointment for me, my appointment may either not forwarded to this clinic or I didn't called the correct number. I don't understand how Western Dental is so not responsible. I showed the phone number I called, but they just asked me if I want to make another appointment or not and didn't answer my question. I was told I have to make an appointment for exam and another one for cleaning. I told them, I make appointments for general cleaning and exam at the same day before, but they just asked me if I want to make one or not. I asked they to talk a manager, the new lady worked there said she was. I asked her name, she said Ashley. I've gone to Western Dental several years, the doctors there are very nice, but the front employees' attitudes and the services were very very poor! My experience told me, Western dental and their employees never care about patient's' time, they don't care how long you waiting there, how many times you need to come for one appointment.
This place has some of the laziest workers I had a 9:00 appointment and also 10 other people have a 9:00 appointment it has been 45 minutes and these women are tackling and talking about what they're doing for Thanksgiving and brothers-in-law's and sisters doing business hours somebody need to send a undercover Boss so they can see how lazy they employees are
Everyone is amazing in this office but Helen is the best of the best! She lights up my day every time and go there! Thank you team and Helen!
