Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Very nice surprise! Came here before going to cirque du soleil bc the reviews were good and it did not disappoint! The fries and mac n cheese were outstanding and the walnut bolognaise was a surprise delicious twist. Pan seared sea bass was good but not something I would try again. Definitely check this place out if you have a chance.
All the dishes we ordered were very delicious and we could tell that the restaurant uses fresh and high-quality ingredients. The pistachio and mint-chocolate gelatos made in-house were great as well while tasting natural (as they should!). We enjoyed every bite of the food we had. Lastly, Yumi was a fantastic server, making sure to check in with us so that we’re not lost when the place gets busy.
historic, classic building. great happy hour special - 50% off most stuff but not beer. no tvs. outside patio seating. cocktails were very good, but not pretentious. bathrooms kind of a long walk upstairs. super heavy chairs at the bar. beautiful bar area. 4.2
Best for drinks and a few bites. Food service on a Saturday night was wow fast! Often, the food arrived 10 minutes before the drinks. My wife loved the Ora Salmon with the lentils. The Nik Niks are Hawaiian roll sliders slightly upscale. The lobster Nik Nik tasted more like a crab cake than lobster. The Chinese broccoli great flavor, but too crunchy. You know what I mean your knife slams through so loud that other tables jump!
Atmosphere was very unique and chic, which matched the ambience of the menu. The food tasted good, but wasn't spectacular compared to the cost. Next time, I will likely just stick with their unique cocktails and skip on their food.
