Ok, the bread 🍞 here is stupid good. We dined at 530p and they only had 3 left. So, trust when I say if you wanna be in gluten heaven, go early. Service was excellent. Food was too. Everyone there cares about what they're doing and it shows. Solid operation, everyone! 🎉 Pork Chops? Good Lord. Down to the most basic desserts... A cantaloupe sorbet was very memorable.
Excellent dinner! The salads are delicious, lots of stuff, mix of texture and healthy nutrients for the most active lifestyle. As a vegan, the options are slim. The asparagus was tender and juicy. The Spring Salad was crunchy and refreshing. People loved the trout, the polenta was loose and devoured. I had the strawberry sherbet for dessert, sweet and full!
What a great overall experience. The service is friendly and the food is unique and excellent. Nothing here we could cook at home. All of the staff are genuinely excited about working there and proud of their product (as they should be!)
This restaurant is a real gem, constantly refreshing their menu to offer new culinary delights. The food is exceptional, clearly showcasing their passion and dedication to quality. It's the little things, like the double shucked peas, that really highlight their commitment to perfection. The Mt. Lassen trout was a standout for me—simply unforgettable. I was so impressed by their cuisine that I couldn't resist buying their cookbook.
The food here was well worth a stop. Everything was so good, the service and servers were great. Everything is in season. I would highly recommend it.
