As an adult that needs braces and hates going to the dentist, RFO makes your orthodontics experience a very pleasant one. They're very informative about all the options they have and have answered every questions I asked them. They will discuss payment options that works with your budget as well. I've had my braces for 6 weeks now and the wire came off on one of my brackets through a fault of mine. I called and asked if I can walk in to get it fixed and they accommodated me instantly. The receptionist was very nice to tell me to come in and get it done ASAP. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes! Karina was very helpful and reassured me that these things do happen. I am very satisfied with their overall efficiency and professionalism. I'm happy that I decided to get my braces done with them😊
I'm in the midst of my Invasalign treatment here and it's fantastic. Everyone is really nice, the office is cute and well designed and they have coffee and water in the waiting area. They use digital scans of my teeth instead of impressions so getting started was really easy, plus it's great to be able to compare the movement of my teeth to the computer model to make sure everything is on track. My smile looks better every day. Highly recommended.
Couldn't have been happier with my experience here. Like so many who had braces in their youth, I was less than diligent about wearing my retainer at night...unsurprisingly, a small but annoying gap eventually emerged between my top teeth. Dr. Fields and Dr. Rojas made it vanish in 5 weeks with Invisalign, and literally no part of the process was uncomfortable at any time - from the digital impressions (no goop to gag on) to removal of the little attachments when the process was complete. Plus, their office is a super chill space in a cool neighborhood. I enjoyed walking to the cute clothing stores nearby afterward too!
would give.between a 3 and a 4. I wasn’t totally happy with the results of my teeth. I felt like they made my teeth and smile more narrow. I felt at the end of treatment that I was rushed and never checked back in on except once. I didn’t discuss the retainer much and I would have gone a different route bc the one I have and I wear it 98% (For bed) of the time doesn’t feel secure enough and also my teeth have slightly shifted and did so from the very beginning. There were a few intersections at the office as well that felt rush in the appointments. Overall I’m glad I got braces but would have liked to be talked through the outcome a little more because once they are off you certainly don’t want them back on. I did mention my teeth felt like they stuck out front a little and my mouth more narrow and was told they did it that way so my lips would be pushed out more but none of this came up until they were off and you don’t know what they look like on. Otherwise, The office was very clean and the staff very nice.
Dr. Rojas and Dr. Fields are amazing! I think it is impossible to have a sub-par experience in this office because the entire team is so dedicated to providing an outstanding patient experience at every visit. The attention to detail and patient priority is apparent in everything they do. If you are looking for an ortho family as opposed to just an orthodontic office, I highly encourage you to have a consultation! You will not be disappointed.
