Love Dr Verdi! He always gives a good cleaning! The staff is always wonderful and communicative. Right next to the Metro 18 Bus. Street parking is plentiful, always read the signs if it's a Thursday or Friday, or if it's around school pickup hours.
I just want to express how helpful and knowledgeable they are at PhD east LA. They explain in detail what the process was going to be and looked over all my concerns. Edith is so professional and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my question. Overall I would recommend and will continue coming.
First impressions are always important, when I walked into clinic today I was greeted with a smile from front office staff. (Impressive) I also liked that I filled out my application form on line and didn’t have to fill it out in person (I have bad writing) I liked that I felt comfortable with the rug In stead of floor/tile made the office feel more like home. It smelled clean and was clean as well. I was called in within 10 minutes as scheduled appointment, the young man/x-ray technician was friendly and clear of what he was going to do to me, I was seated in a room ready to see the doctor. (Past experiences I was asked to wait back in the waiting room to be seen by doctor.) I waited 5-10 minutes to be seen by Doctor Who I believe leads by example he was friendly and very clear about my needs for my health/teeth. Also waiting 5 minutes for office manager to explain what my insurance covered or not, I liked that she offered me different options of payments. Overall my visit lasted no more than 45 minutes (impressive). I walked in to clinic giving it a 5 star ⭐️ grade and left clinic giving it a 10 star ⭐️ ⭐️ grade. Differently making this my new Dental Office/clinic by far. P.S. to all office staff/employees “thank you for all that you do” well appreciated.
I appreciate the staff here. The staffs are nice and also remember my name soon as I walked in. They getting me right with my braces and it’s looking good so thank you guys
