Is this your business?
Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Dr Kishibay is one of those rare and caring orthodontists that sees each patient as a unique human being. He is an excellent listener and treats each person with respect. He believes that there is not just one simple answer because he sees each person with individual needs and issues. He knows that these need to be addressed in a way that leads him to the right solution that fits his patients on their road to a successful orthodontic experience that will last a lifetime. He is always there for his patients and is truly dedicated.
WARNING: Dr Kishibay and his assistant tag team to lure new clients in for consults that cost over $1,000 and they will tell you they are doing you a favor by using all of your dental benefits plus you are still invoiced hundred of dollars in co pay. We ended up with bad advice and premature intervention plan for our 8 year old so that Kishibay can cash in. I have not experienced anything like this. Be prepared to spend a fortune with him. We went with another orthodontist who has much more advanced technology than the impressions/cast we got from Kishibay that is totally useless.
Dr Kishibay is a great orthodontist and an even better person. I love my smile and appreciate everything he has done for me. Kishibay is very knowledgeable and I recommend him to everyone.
very unethical practice. charged us $825 for a consult when other orthodontists did not. Recommended a bunch of costly orthodonture prematurely for our son, that was contradicted by many other orthodontists. Make sure you know what you are paying when you consult. Unprofessional, didn't respond to our letter about this. Appears like he just wants your money.
I called yesterday with a minor dental emergency, I'm new to town and having a painful issue with my permanent retainer. They were able to fit me in the next day and said they could call me back with a rough estimate of expected costs. No one called me back. So I called this morning before my appointment to ask what kind of costs I might be looking at today-- I was told the orthodontist had answered (though no one called to tell me) and that they couldn't give me any prices since they didn't know what procedures were necessary. I said I understood and I just wanted to know how much it was going to cost for my visit even if nothing was done, and instead of answering she said "I think you should go somewhere else. We can't see you anymore." I politely told her I was in a lot of pain and asked if this was because I was asking about costs and she said yes, that the orthodontist is too busy to give me prices, and cancelled my appointment two hours before it was scheduled today. I've never experienced such rude and confusing service, it felt like a scam and I do not recommend trusting someone with your teeth who clearly preys on people to come in and be in the chair before giving you a clue what you might be paying. I recommend always asking for a quote before seeing anyone here.
