Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
This is a nice spot in Culver for some French style food. $26 for the bento was a good deal. Seafood risotto, soup, fruits and dessert. 👍 $32 for steak and fries was decent. Most notable is the Happy Hour at 3-6:30pm. Lots of great offerings. There was one gentleman serving everyone at 4pm. He tried his best to accommodate, I just helped myself a few times to get my service.
Wonderful food and service. I use to come here 15 years ago. It was so good then and still good now. I am very happy your still here.
The appetizers were great, the ceaser salad was so so. Great atmosphere with live music during evenings - might not be the great place to be if you want to talk. Service was pretty good as well.
The place is quite nice and well located. The portions of the plates could be a but small some times - as space is limited, the table tend to be very close to each other. The taste of the food and the service is quite good!
Really disappointing dinner experience here mostly due to the service overall. Our server was kind, but she didn't seem tuned into the timing of everything. Between getting our drinks and her coming to take our order, maybe fifteen minutes passed? Eventually we flagged her down from the hostess stand where she was chatting with someone else on the waitstaff. Then during our meal we were nearly done before she came by to check on us (and I had wanted more ketchup and salt). The happy hour burger was good, but they don't allow modifications on happy hour items, which seems arbitrary (they weren't busy till happy hour was long over, so this rule can't be about saving time). Don't you want your customers to be satisfied (doesn't seem like a lot to ask to hold the cheese)? The fries were unevenly seasoned and like short stumps--like mostly bits of fries after the top layer of normally sized fries. Can't say we'll be back.
