Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Great little spot for a quick lunch. I had the spicy salmon sushi burrito with seaweed and it was delicious. Reasonable prices too. Only problem is even though I was eating it there, they package it with the plastic containers. Next time I’ll ask them to skip the plastic.
If you haven’t been to Little Springs Rolls and Bowls, you’re missing out! This little gem serves absolutely delicious food. I stopped by today to grab a beef/chicken bowl (it was my first time) and I was not disappointed one bit. The folks there are also amazingly nice! Let’s show love to this small business.
Like the Thai Tea with Boba. The only item I ordered and it was great. A hidden little gem and a place where I look forward to eating their sushi rolls.
This Japanese restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding, with a warm and welcoming staff that made us feel like VIPs. The food was a culinary delight; every dish was a work of art. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the tempura was light and crispy. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner. The soft lighting and traditional Japanese decor created a serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience.
This is an adorable new little spot with some DELICIOUS sushi burritos. They have great drinks (thai, milk, coffee, matcha latte) with good boba. The staff are oh so friendly and kind. You can tell they have put a lot of effort into starting this business here! Everything I have had so far has been artfully prepared, quite tasty and refreshing. They also have a variety of options that are not fish, so non-sushi lovers do not fret!
