Is this your business?
Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Don't go there. This is the worst place. I regret so much that I decided to deal with them. From the very first visit I didn't like the mess there and their approach. Doctor barely paid attention to me, did some 5-minute cleaning on the run. When I asked if I need a deep cleaning, he said I didn't need it (despite my last cleaning took place more than a year before). I came for the crown and after they did the x-rays they set an appointment in six weeks and were suppose to send a request to insurance. In less than 24h before the appointment, I got a text with cancellation saying that they did not received an authorization. I immediately called the insurance and was told that they never received any requests. I just waited six weeks and they just didn't request anything. Now they don't answer calls and sent text offering me to pay out of pocket. I will file a complain and hope they loose their access to patients from the insurance
Loved Dr. J. Unfortunately, administration is horrible. Doesn’t return calls. Difficulty communicating simple aspects of one’s needs. Room placed in over several months is absolutely filthy. Would have been tremendous help if replacement of crowns, etc. without cost, must be done by “original” dentist, otherwise Medi Cal doesn’t cover it. Dr. J deserves better, instead of excuses.
I feel like the amount of professionalism here was seriously lacking including not being set up in time for the 10am apps and the use of profanity. The person doing my cleaning was more concerned with the music playlist than the patients. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing with the xrays and finally they had to switch to someone else who did. The first machine was broken, too. The water used for teeth cleaning was extremely hot to the point of it being super uncomfortable and when I commented on it I was told it was to break up plaque. I've never been to a dentist where the water was scalding hot like that so it really sounded made up. The office was really crowded and there was no social distancing in the waiting room. Chairs were really crammed next to each other with no personal space. I have no idea how this place has gotten so many positive reviews unless they're fake. The lack of parking is also annoying. The only good part of the experience was having insurance cover the cleaning with no copay.
It's always a pleasure meet doctor Jason mirabile and his team! I had an appointment today and always surprised about the dedications and professionalism. Feel always in great hands and always satisfied! Thanks for your great job doctor Mirabile and your amazing team! See you soon.
The worst dentist i’ve ever been to. I took my mom there earlier today who is already scared of dentists to the point she sits there shaking and this was the worst place to take her. First the dentist was incredibly unprofessional talking about women in bikinis and swearing all the time and eating chocolate above my mom’s face and not washing his hands after. Second he was so incredibly rough and impatient, he put numbing cream on her gums and didn’t even wait for the numbing cream to work and injected her gums twice when she was groaning in pain and shaking uncontrollably and her eyes were watering and she’s obviously in pain and he laughed it off then he came back to remove the tooth and she flinched and tried moving away so he numbed her more with the same needle he used the first time. the tooth removal was again painful for her but we managed to get it done. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!
