Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Tried it once prior to this and it was good. The second time the service was garbage and the food was worse. Threw the whole meal away because when I got it the food was dry and cold. EXTREMELY greasy. Fries cold and soggy. It was horrible. Even waited 5 minutes when I got there for my food. Then when I went to the counter to say something the lady told me she couldn’t give me a refund and argued saying that she couldn’t do anything. $50.00 for the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted. The breading was even wet. The wings also didn’t have much meat and I put a picture to show you how I got the wings from this place. It was not good. This place has gone down hill. Best thing and only thing that was ate was the blueberry biscuit.
I recently tried the fried chicken sandwich, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The chicken breast had no seasoning at all, making it completely bland. The breading, which should have been crispy, was soggy and fell off the meat. To make things worse, the bun was cold while the chicken was warm, creating an odd contrast. The French fries were another letdow, served cold and clearly the frozen kind, not freshly cut and fried as advertised. The only saving grace of the meal was the blueberry biscuit, which was actually delicious. Overall, for a place that serves fried chicken, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend the sandwich or fries, but if you do go, at least grab a biscuit.
This chicken place offers a unique and delicious take on fried chicken that will leave you wanting more. Their signature chicken boasts a sweet and sour flavor profile reminiscent of Chinese cuisine, and it's absolutely delicious. The honey mustard and buttermilk ranch dipping sauces perfectly complement the chicken and other menu items. Beyond the savory options, the pie and ice cream combo is a must-try – a truly exceptional dessert that ranks among the best I've ever had. The pleasant music creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, further enhancing the dining experience. Overall, this establishment is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking flavorful chicken and a delightful dining experience.
Delicious fried chicken, biscuits, pies, and muffins. Enjoy your chicken with pancakes or an omlette or on a sandwich or salad. Lots of "side" options. Great place for coffee and some pie or a muffin. This is a fairly small restaurant, cozy, with movies playing on a large screen TV. Order at the counter, but be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes while they prepare your order. Plenty of outside seating under shade umbrellas if you prefer.
Went on a Saturday around 4:30pm. No parking unless you pay. Seating is cramped up. Tables are sticky. Some of the benches were lower than the table. The mashed potatoes with gravy are delicious! Not a fan of the sweet pickle.
