I've not done my orthodontics yet, but so far people in the hospital are all friendly and very nice. The system was professional (especially the X-ray... ive never seen like that so cool..) BUT KIMDOIL선생님 IS REALLY FRIENDLY! So far so good. I really hope my orthodontics go well bcuz i heard it hurts really bad 😭 and i have to take my four teeth out! I'm super scared so scared too scared but i gotta do what i gotta do. I trust my DOIL doctor. Please do not hurt that bad please please im manifesting my tewth and mouth to transform to which that cannot feel any of the pain yaaaaa
My 3 daughters got their braces here. I can honestly say that this was money well spent. Dr. Doil Kim goes out of his way to inform me on the progress. His staff is top notch. The help doesn't stop when the office closes at the end of the day. My 2 nephews also got their braces here. They had an emergency adjustment needed. Dr. Doil Kim came in on his off time to make sure this was taken care of. Top Notch service, Top Notch Staff, Priced right for the Top Notch results you are going to get. My 16 year old brother got his braces here and the doctor did a fantastic job. So I came back to get Invisalign for myself. Nearing the end of my trays, I did not like a minor gap that was in my teeth. So he molded me another 10 trays to get that fixed. I'm still getting treatment and I'm just really glad that the doctor pointed that out and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Everything about this Orthodontist meets my expectations; from the friendly staff and the facility is always clean.
The clinic looks very bad. Very crowed, noisy and poor organized. The service looks very unprofessional comparing with other orthodontist. I went for a consultation meeting, they didn’t even provide a X-ray before giving me advice on the treatment. The doctor just randomly took a look at my teeth and sent me out.
Dr Doil Kim is a great orthodontist. He is professional and makes great smiles!
