Is this your business?
Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
What an incredible experience!! Came to Carasau on a Saturday night and did the tasting menu plus wine pairing. First of all, the restaurant has free, allocated parking spots, which made it super convenient! The crispy Sardinian bread was amazing. My favorite dishes were the Ravioli, Fregola di Mare, and Branzino! The Chef Vincenzo came to greet us and was so kind and told us al about the history of the restaurant. The wine pairing was the cherry on top! Chef Vincenzo also prepared us a surprise ravioli dish which was amazing. You can't miss the spot if you are dining in Culver City! This is also the only Sardinian restaurant in Los Angeles! Definitely will be coming back here soon !!
Beautiful Sardinian, Italian restaurant. The Calamari and Beef Carpaccio made for great appetizers. Definitely worth trying the Montanara pizza.
The crust was amazing came out hot and taste like freshly made pizza. I am not disappointed. Look forward to coming back and trying other dishes on the menu.
Came here with my girlfriends for lunch on an impromptu visit and we truly had the best service with Oscar the waiter and Vincenzo the cook! Excellent food- this is truly some of the best italien food you will eat in a minute !
Ate here during a very short trip to LA. Fantastic food in a relaxed atmosphere. I had the Sardinian Ravioli. It was wonderful, unique, complex taste. One of the best restaurant meals I've had in a long time.
We enjoyed this cute little spot, I've been intending to try it for some time and finally made it. The Cauliflower veloute was velvety and the Fregola Salad was bright and refreshing. I'd never had Culurgiones before and they had a pesto version that day that was delightful.
