The people in 360 Orthodontics were quick to attend to us and are incredibly helpful people. The customer service in the front from Valeria and Patty were excellent. This was my first time getting braces, Dr. T and Yoci walked my brother and I through the whole process of our treatment. Eli put my braces on very precisely and fast. Overall, great customer service!! :)
I was hesitant to leave a review about this place but I believe it’s necessary. The affordable price drew me in immediately and I really liked that I was able to get my braces on the same day as my consult. After that, it all went downhill. I had an amazing first orthodontist Dr. Jen but unfortunately she left about 6 months into my treatment. The next orthodontist changed the whole course of my treatment only to see that orthodontist one more time before they also left. The 3rd orthodontist who saw me was Dr Partovi (the owner?). She was so rude to me and wanted to take my braces off even though my bite was not fully corrected and I was unhappy with how my teeth looked and how my bite felt but she said it was “functional”. I believe she wanted to take my braces off because I had already completed my payments and didn’t want me to keep taking up chair time. The 4th orthodontist that saw me was great, she helped finish my treatment and made sure I was happy before taking them off. A simple treatment that should’ve been less than 2 years took me 32 months because of all the different orthodontists that saw me. I wonder why they don’t have one reliable orthodontist?? I referred 3 of my family members ONLY BECAUSE OF THE PRICE since ortho is very expensive and they wanted the most affordable even though I warned them about my experience. 360 orthodontics claims to do referral gift cards for every patient that you refer and starts treatment. The 3 people I referred all started treatment in January 2024 and I’ve been calling about my gift cards since then. Every week I’d get the same response “we already put a ticket in for it and we’re waiting for the supervisor to approve it.” Months passed and still nothing. Finally a lady from billing calls me to thank me for my referrals and to confirm my email so she can send me the gift cards. She said they would be sent in 5 minutes and I never got them. I called the next day and now “the boss has to approve them.” How many people do these gift cards have to get approved by? I’ve called and emailed and nothing. I sent a message on instagram and nothing even though they are very active on instagram. It’s very frustrating that I keep calling and I keep getting put off. Why offer these referral gift cards if you’re not going to follow through with it. Save yourself the time and trouble and get ortho done somewhere else. I forgot to mention how long you have to wait in between appointments to be seen. Often 6-8 weeks every appointment and if you can’t make it for whatever reason you’ll have to wait an additional few weeks to be seen. Very upsetting and very unprofessional.

Eli, the O.A. Was great at prepping us for the braces being removed from my daughter. He was friendly and great at instructing us as to what was coming next. Dr. Talesh was great and confident at what she was doing and very friendly, also was helpful with recommendations
