What an amazing chamber...great place to network with a fabulous community minded membership!
You call The Chamber of Commerce at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and they are already closed yet their website says that they are open until 5:00! They are totally worthless!!!!
Very narrow minded. They lady Lily in office came off very offensvie.
I regret joining. They were really nice when trying to sign up. It was definitely a bait and switch. I have met some nice people but overall it’s an environment full of catty and ambivalent behavior, microaggressions and cliques. I joined to connect with other business owners in my neighborhood. I get a lot of plastic smiles and dirty looks. Just beware if you decide to join. I regret spending $450 to be treated as if if I’m unwelcome. I’m a member of multiple professional associations and have been active in many arenas—this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I don’t expect everyone to be my friend but I do expect professional courtesy, fairness, and goodwill.
I was a member for many years. Nothing ever changes. Just a lot of over-priced breakfast.
