Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
After coming off a wonderful Thanksgiving. I needed to kickstart my Christmas Spirit. So I headed for the 39th.Annual “Spirit of San Pedro Holiday Parade. Kicking off the parade was the L.A.P.D. Motorcycle Division. They put on quite a show with there well rehearsed routines. Car Club “Legends was in the parade. With there Oldies but goodies classic/HotRod Cars. There always a head turner. Marching Bands San Pedro High Cheerleaders. Kost 103.5 Radio was there letting everyone know that there be playing only Holiday Music thruout the Holidays. I actually went by myself. But I was never alone. I met so many interesting people I ended up having a Blast!!!! Check out my pics below and see why.
Stopped by to pick up a raffle prize. Woo-hoo!Cute office. Love the space. It's warm and inviting; so go say "Hi" to Elise and her staff member, Kaitlyn. Pick up a brochure, walk around town, go to Sirens, Rustic Charm & Petals, Niko's Pizzeria or any one of the businesses trying to make it or make a comeback. They need us to visit them!!! So go, right now!!!
When I was a member the staff was always warm and friendly. They kept me alerted of city functions that were coming up and helped greatly when I need certificates of origin for seafood export. If you are a business in San Pedro I highly recommend you join.
