I’m extremely disappointed at my appointment. I’m not a person to write reviews and in that sense -ones that are negative. office is great the front desk. Everyone is so polite, but unfortunately, when the doctor came in, he shook my hand and turned his back and went on the computer. I did not see his face until he was ready to leave the room. It’s so unfortunate that he has such good reviews that I waited for months to see him and the only thing you could do is type on the computer and then tell me that I need to be sent elsewhere without actually giving me guidance was I just wish he was present. what a waste of money what a waste of time what a waste. I’m really really heartbroken. I was looking for an answer.
Dr. Frankel and his staff were so gracious and helpful to see my daughter on such short notice. Dr.Frankel is so very friendly, fast and the best in LA where it is so hard to find quality doctors with such friendly chair side manners to his kids!!! Highly recommend Dr. Frankel’s services and staff!!!
We cannot recommend this place enough. After removing my wisdom teeth, we decided on finally straightening the crooked teeth I've had since childhood. I cannot express how fortunate we were to have Dr.Frankel’s expertise guide us through the experience. Having spent the better part of two years with Dr.Frankel and his team, the one thing that stood out (apart from the nice and friendly atmosphere) was the dedication to a work well done. Each appointment proved very useful and the changes were drastically coming along. In over a year, my teeths were relatively straightened, but Dr.Frankel made the effort to make sure they stayed straightened. Amazing attention to details and a very calm atmosphere!
After I had some cavities, my retainer didn't fit anymore, and thus, my teeth shifted such that there was a huge gap between my two front teeth. I went to Dr. Frankel at the Oak Park location to fix the gap, and he did a wonderful job! It only took 2 months to fix, and he found a retainer routine to fit my needs. I am so happy to have nice teeth now! Thank you, Dr. Frankel!!
